| Structure housing – Mild Steel. Sump tank (S.S.) Collecting tank (S.S.) Apparatus consists of a close circuit through which water is circulated continuously by means of a centrifugal pump. A sump tank of suitable capacity fabricated on M.S. angle frame with S.S. sheet. A 15 mm drain valve is providing in the bottom of the tank. Water is drawn from the sump tank and delivered to the manifold through which 3 G.I. pipe line of different diameter viz. 15 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm diameter are connected. Each pipe is provided with two pressure tappings, one at upstream and other at the throat section. A 'U' tube differential manometer is provided with common manifold to measure the pressure difference between two sections of each pipe Discharge of water can be collected by the help of a collecting tank |
